Afterlee Ecovillage
Shane co-founded Afterlee Ecovillage and created the co-operative that owns and manages the land. As the designer, town planner and secretary, Shane and Planning Regenerative Communities team is the leading consultant to the co-operative in managing the project and its construction from 2022. Shane and Amber are currently working through the conditions of consent and managing the development of the village.
Balaya Buyul Community
Shane co-founded and co-created Balaya Buyul Community and was instrumental in finding the site, designing the village and successfully obtaining all relevant council approvals in record time. Shane is still working on elements of the approval and individual planning issues arising at the community.
